Refund policy

We accept returns only if:

* Wrong product is delivered.

To request a return:
* Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
* Share your order number along with photos/videos.

Non-returnable items:
* Used or opened products
* Personal care products opened after delivery
* Products damaged due to misuse

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
